“Hi!
Is it my turn?
It is always my turn.”
a paper hat too bright for the void.
it waves at everyone.
the hall is dark, the hat still shines.
it does not know the party ended.
Evolution: UNFORGED.
Party Hat Herald announces small feasts in a dark hall.
Its cheer echoes off empty walls and comes back louder.
Nobody told it. Nobody will.
